Let it not be said that I am slow to show photos. But these are from the summer of 2013, taken in a major city known as 'Toronto', which lies towards the east of a country its inhabitants call 'Canada'. Incidentally, and this has little to do with 'Canada', but that was the summer a young Andrew Murray won Wimbledon. Remember that? I do.
